1.  How can I get a quote for my home or business?
Simply click on the Contact button on the top of our website, email cleanrightcc@yahoo.com, or click the conversation icon in the bottom right corner. Either way you will get a fast response! We can clean bi-weekly, monthly, or just a one-time cleaning.
​2. How is the price of cleaning services determined?
Commercial cleaning is by square footage and depth of cleaning. Residential cleaning is based on depth of cleaning. Please click the Contact button on the top of our website, email cleanrightcc@yahoo.com, or click the conversation icon in the bottom right corner for a FREE quote.
3. How is the price of handyman jobs determined?
It depends on the specific service you are requesting. Please click the Contact button on the top of our website, email cleanrightcc@yahoo.com, or click the conversation icon in the bottom right corner for a FREE quote.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
To pay for products, you must pay on our website, we accept all major Credit Cards. To pay for services, we accept all major Credit Cards, cash, check, or Venmo.
5. How do I pay for services?
We will send an invoice to your email after the service is completed. Payment must be made within 24 hours of service, or there will be a $10 late fee. We accept all major Credit Cards. If you prefer, you can pay by cash, check, or Venmo. Please let us know your preferred method of payment after the service.
6. What is your refund policy?
Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds, however, if you are unhappy with your services please give us a call at 862-202-9702 and we will make things right. You have 24 hours after the service to let us know if there are any problems. We will re-clean free of charge.
7. Is it okay if I have pets?
Yes, no problem! Although, we do ask that your pets be kept in a crate or in a separate room during the cleaning services.
8. Do you perform background checks on all of your employees?
Yes, your safety is our biggest priority. All employees go through an extensive background check and interview process.
9. Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No, you are not required to be home. However, if this is your first appointment, it is a good idea to be present when the cleaning team arrives, in order to provide them with a walk-through of your home. Once your cleaning is complete, it's also a good idea to walk through the home again to ensure that everything is to your satisfaction.
10. Will I have to provide cleaning products?
No, Clean Right brings all cleaning products to their cleaning appointments. Therefore, you will not have to worry about anything. We utilize eco-friendly cleaning products, sponges, and supplies.
11. What type of cleaning products do you use?
We only utilize eco-friendly & pet-friendly cleaning products. However, if you would like us to use other products please let us know in advance.
12. Can I reschedule or cancel an appointment?
Yes, we ask that you reschedule or cancel 48 hours in advance of your appointment.
